Peacefully at the North West Hospice, the Mall, Sligo.

Remains reposing at Perry's Funeral Home, Ballymote on Monday from 4pm to 7pm with removal to St. Kevin's Church, Keash, arriving at 8pm. Funeral Mass at 12 noon on Tuesday with burial afterwards in Knockbrack Cemetery.
Family flowers only, donations in lieu, if so desired, to Irish Motorneuron Society and North West Hospice.
